THE BLACKER THE BERRY, which also recently received 2 great reviews from Kirkus and BookList,  and was chosen as one of the 2008 New York Public Library's 100 Titles for Reading and Sharing.
And we are now celebrating the 25th anniversary of her first novel, MARKED BY FIRE, winner of  the National Book Award.
